PLET’s Pilot Plant

The Second Generation Pilot Plant was constructed as a one-vessel, portable for demonstration purposes to prove product testing and scalability of the plant. Since its completion in 2008 The Company has run many successful trial runs on many types of Bio-fibre from around the world and its Products are currently being evaluated by over 50 Research Facilities and Universities, with excellent results reported.

Engineered drawings for for a commercial size plant were created by Innovex Engineering http://www.innovexeng.com/ The Plant is easily scaled up and is a continuous batching system that uses very low temperatures and energy consumption.

Biomass input is easily switched and optimized for maximum value output products.

Plants are profitable as stand alone operation or Preferred method for Biomass Pre-treatment solution for Biorefineries and conversion to chemicals and many other valuable products.
